At Opulence Experience, our mission is to empower individuals to radiate confidence and embrace their true beauty through exceptional, non-invasive aesthetic treatments. We are dedicated to delivering personalized care with state-of-the-art techniques in fillers, Botox, nonsurgical lipo, teeth whitening, skin boosting, and hair growth solutions, all designed to enhance your natural allure and elevate your self-esteem.

Booking Policies

Cancellations/Tardiness:

We are passionate about you giving the most optimal experience, and give you the necessary time needed for your treatment. While we understand life happens, we require a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice, and we have the following stipulations in place;

If you're more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $25 will be added to your service.
If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled in respect for other client's appointments.
If you're absent for your appointment without notice, there will be a fee of 50% of your service. We strongly encourage rescheduling and/or cancelling ahead of time.

Payments:

When booking any service treatments, there is a non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment

When cancelling or rescheduling in the 48 hour window, your deposit will roll over to next scheduled appointment.
If you fully cancel without rescheduling, you are forfeiting your deposit and will have to book again with a new deposit fee.
Your remaining balance is to be paid on the day of service
Remaining balances are due in cash if you're not using a "Buy Now, Pay Later" method.

Legal Requirements:

You must be 18+ to receive services from Opulence Experience LLC
You must provide legal photo identification scubas Passport or drivers license
Consultations are required at least 24 hours before any service treatments are performed.
You are required to fill out a consent form prior to your procedure
Please ensure you have your yearly a good faith exam to ensure you're a candidate for our substances such as Botox & Filler.
You must adhere to the pre & post care and follow up appointments for optimal results and to decrease any complications.
