Service Description
This is for future clients who are not yet ready to book a service, but would like more information on a future service.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice - If you're more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $25 will be added to your service. - If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled in respect for other client's appointments. - If you're absent for your appointment without notice, there will be a fee of 50% of your service. We strongly encourage rescheduling and/or cancelling ahead of time. - Remaining balances are due in cash on the day of service if you're not using a "Buy Now, Pay Later" method. - You must be 18+ to receive services from Opulence Experience LLC - Consultations are required at least 24 hours before any service treatments are performed. - You are required to fill out a consent form prior to your procedure - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
